At the Main Office of the Polish National Credit Union 46 Main Street,  Chicopee, Massachusetts

At this meeting, a vote of the Membership will be taken to elect Credit Union Members to serve on the     Board of Directors.  There are five Board seats open with terms of three years. There is one Board seat open with an unexpired term of 2 years.

Loan Limits, Member Share and Certificate rate schedules will be voted on for the upcoming year.   Year 2009   expenses including Director Expenses will be voted upon as well as any other business that may come before the meeting.
