We, us and our when used in this notice applies to the Polish National Credit Union. This is our member privacy notice. The words "you" and "your" apply to the following types of consumer members who have a continuing relationship with us such as: deposit accounts, loan accounts, self-directed IRA accounts where we act as the trustee or custodian, and safe deposit boxes.
We will inform you of the sources of nonpublic personal information we collect on our members. We will also tell you what security measures we take in order to keep this information safe and secure. The following are definitions of the terms used in this notice.
Nonpublic personal information is information about you is collected by us for providing you a financial product or service. It does not include information which is available from the public sources such as government records or phone directories.
An affiliate is a company that we own control.
A nonaffiliated third party is a company, which is not an affiliate of the credit union.
