Announcing the winners of the 2015 Halloween Spooktacular Costume Contest!

Polish National Credit Union employees had a great time at this year’s Spooktacular! This was the third year the City of Chicopee and area businesses partnered to organize the annual event, which included trick-or-treating, food, live music and fun!  “It just keeps getting better,” Mayor Richard J. Kos said.
