Announcing the winners of the 2015 Halloween Spooktacular Costume Contest!

Posted on October 28, 2015

Polish National Credit Union employees had a great time at this year’s Spooktacular! This was the third year the City of Chicopee and area businesses partnered to organize the annual event, which included trick-or-treating, food, live music and fun!  “It just keeps getting better,” Mayor Richard J. Kos said.

PNCU staff volunteering at the event got into the spirit with their own costumes, including Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs! They handed out Halloween themed coloring books, crayons and candy to trick-or-treaters.

The City of Chicopee mobile library, also underwritten by PNCU, was on site, and made a big splash. On a night filled with candy, costumes and fun, it was gratifying to see the excitement the bookmobile generated among the kids.

PNCU was the sponsor of the  event’s first ever costume contest, and we registered over 300 kids! PNCU President James P. Kelly served as a judge, along with Mayor Kos and Chicopee Chamber of Commerce President Eileen Drumm. With so many great costumes, it was a tough call, but here are the winners! Congratulations to them!
