Polish National Credit Union offers a wide range of services to our members, which are provided in person, electronically and via the Internet. We offer fully automated electronic services, i.e. Direct Deposit, 24/7 Telephone Banking and free 24/7 Online Banking and Bill Payment. We offer free Notary services to our members.

Polish National Credit Union’s online services are available to our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be accessed from any Internet access location. Our members may order checks, pay bills, transfer funds, apply for a loan, or balance their checkbook at a time and place that is convenient for them.

Online Banking*

  • Online Banking is available 24/7 to pay bills, check balances and transfer funds from your home computer or anywhere that you have access to the internet.
  • Mobile Access allows members to pay bills, check balances and transfer funds using a any internet capable cellular phone.
  • Both services are available free to our members.

24/7 Telephone Banking*

•Our 24 Hour Account Manager is a free service available on a 24/7 basis. Simply dial our toll free number 888-592-PNCU(7628) and follow the menu prompts.
•Our members can check balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, review checks paid and also review recent ATM deposits and withdrawals.

*Please be aware that many merchants and billing companies may offer you the option to make a same-day electronic payment, such as to pay a bill or to transfer funds through online or telephone banking. If you agree, then the funds might be debited from your account as soon as that very same day. For example, if you have a bill due on the 25th of the month, the billing company might allow you to call or use its website on the morning of the 25th to make an on-time payment, and also have the funds debited from your account on the 25th. While these types of payments won’t be reflected on your account balance as quickly as your debit card and ATM transactions, you will have access to more accurate information about your actual available account balance more frequently throughout the business day.

Mobile Deposit Capture

Mobile Deposit is a service available to members who have an eligible account* through our iPhone and Android mobile banking apps. Simply download our mobile app on your iPhone or Android mobile device, or upgrade to the latest version of our app to access this free service. With Mobile Deposit you can conveniently deposit checks directly into your Polish National Credit Union savings or checking account, without going into a branch, and by simply taking a picture of a check using your smartphone. Mobile Deposit is available to both personal and business customers of the credit union.

Note: In order to use the feature, on your initial login to the Deposit Checks feature you will need to read and accept the disclosure and agreement.

Overdraft Protection Service (ODP)

Overdraft Protection is a courtesy program that pays items presented to a member's account when sufficient funds are not present to cover the amount of the withdrawal. Have peace of mind knowing your card will not be declined.

  • Money Orders are provided to our members at a nominal fee of $3.00 each at all branch locations.
  • Treasurers Checks are provided to our members for only $5.00 each when withdrawing funds from a Polish National Credit Union account. They are available at all branch locations.
  • Coin Counting is available at our Main Office, Wilbraham and Southampton branches.
  • Safe Deposit Box Rentals are available in our Chicopee Falls, Granby and Wilbraham  offices.
