Johnson brings a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, community engagement, and data-driven campaign strategy. Her diverse professional experience and passion for building meaningful relationships will help support PNCU’s continued growth and community-focused mission.
Johnson has built a diverse career focused on creating connections through strategic communication and innovative marketing initiatives. Most recently, she has led integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email communications, website content, promotions, and community events for The Alley in Ludlow. She has also held marketing, sales, and account management roles where she consistently exceeded performance goals while developing strong client and community relationships.

Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and an Associate of Science in Biology from the University of Massachusetts.
In her new role as Marketing Specialist, Johnson will support PNCU’s marketing initiatives, digital communications, social media strategy, community outreach programs, and brand development efforts.
