Please be aware Popmoney® will be decomissioned on June 30, 2023, meaning:

  • Members will no longer be able to send or receive Popmoney® payments
  • Members will no longer be able to view or manage their Popmoney® payment history
  • Popmoney access will no longer be available within our site

How will the sunset of Popmoney on June 30, 2023, affect Popmoney payments?

  • Immediate payments created on June 30, 2023, until 6 p.m. ET, will be processed. No new transactions will be processed after 6:00 p.m. ET on June 30, 2023.
  • No new Popmoney enrollments will be allowed after 6:00 p.m. ET on June 30, 2023
  • We recommend canceling recurring or future-dated payments that are scheduled for delivery after June 30, 2023. No recurring or future-dated payments will be processed after June 30, 2023.
  • Transactions initiated before 6 p.m. ET on June 30, 2023, will be processed. Recipients who are registered Popmoney users will receive payment automatically. If the recipient is not a registered Popmoney user, they will get notification through email or text messages with instructions on how to accept the payment. If the payment is not accepted after 10 days, funds will be returned to the Sender.

To Use PopMoney®:

  1. Login to online banking through a web browser or the PNCU Mobile App. Not registered for online banking? No worries. Registration is easy and can be done right here.
  2. Select “Pay My Bills” and then “Popmoney.”
  3. Follow the prompts to either send or request money by using an email address, mobile number or bank account information.

FAQ’s:

With Fast Balance, you no longer need to login to the PNCU Mobile App to view balances. Simply, view balances from the login screen. Talk about a time saver!

To enable Fast Balance:

  1. Login to online banking through the PNCU Mobile App.
  2. In the top right corner, click on the icon to open more options. Select “My Profile,” then “Manage Fast Balances.”
  3. Select the accounts you would like to be able to view and hit “Submit/ Enable Fast Balances.”
  4. Logout of the PNCU Mobile App and click the grey drop down bar at the top of the login page to view your balances without having to login!

You can now control your Debit Card right from the PNCU Mobile App with Card Controls (not available through Desktop)! With a few taps, cardholders can block transactions based on amount, location, and/or merchant type and stop fraud right in its’ tracks. You’re also able to set “alerts” from the same screen. Get alerts when your account balances have dropped, when a large purchase has posted or withdrawal notices, etc. Have peace of mind knowing there are so many ways to be in control of your money, so start using Card Controls and Alerts today!

To enable Card Controls:

  1. Login to online banking through the PNCU Mobile App.
  2. In the top right corner, click on the icon to open more options. Select “Cards.”
  3. If you have multiple cards, select the cards you would like to set card limits for, set alerts for or block.

How to Pay Your Loan

Online Payments

  • Set up automatic payments by filling out the ACH Origination form, which can be emailed or faxed to the Loan Servicing Department at loanservicing@pncu.com or (413) 474-6030. For questions, please call the Loan Servicing Department at (413) 206-0612.
  • Schedule payments through your PNCU or external bank account Bill Pay system.
  • Make payments through the PNCU Mobile App or Online Banking. Don’t see your loan account listed? Contact us through our secure Message Center in the PNCU Mobile App or online banking to request your loan account be added. To ensure we are adding the correct loan, please include the last four digits of the account number. Once added, you can easily make loan payments by clicking the “Pay Now” button.

By Phone

  • You can make loan payments through our automated phone system. Just call (888) 592-7628 and have your bank account information ready. Payments by phone will be effective the same day for which they are scheduled.
