  2. In the top right corner, click on the icon to open more options.
  3. Select “Deposit A Check” and follow the prompts.

To Use PopMoney®:

  1. Login to online banking through a web browser or the PNCU Mobile App. Not registered for online banking? No worries. Registration is easy and can be done right here.
  2. Select “Pay My Bills” and then “Popmoney.”
  3. Follow the prompts to either send or request money by using an email address, mobile number or bank account information.

FAQ’s:

With Fast Balance, you no longer need to login to the PNCU Mobile App to view balances. Simply, view balances from the login screen. Talk about a time saver!

To enable Fast Balance:

  1. Login to online banking through the PNCU Mobile App.
  2. In the top right corner, click on the icon to open more options. Select “My Profile,” then “Manage Fast Balances.”
  3. Select the accounts you would like to be able to view and hit “Submit/ Enable Fast Balances.”
  4. Logout of the PNCU Mobile App and click the grey drop down bar at the top of the login page to view your balances without having to login!

You can now control your Debit Card right from the PNCU Mobile App with Card Controls! With a few taps, cardholders can block transactions based on amount, location, and/or merchant type and stop fraud right in its’ tracks. You’re also able to set “alerts” from the same screen. Get alerts when your account balances have dropped, when a large purchase has posted or withdrawal notices, ect. Have peace of mind knowing there are so many ways to be in control of your money, so start using Card Controls and Alerts today!

To enable Card Controls:

  1. Login to online banking through the PNCU Mobile App.
  2. In the top right corner, click on the icon to open more options. Select “Cards.”
  3. If you have multiple cards, select the cards you would like to set card limits for, set alerts for or block.
