Community Involvement

At PNCU, community involvement goes beyond business relationships. We want to make an impact in every community we serve.  We volunteer our time, donate money and we give from the heart. Caring is one of the things we do best. We believe a strong community provides the foundation for the quality of life and positive environment our members and community deserves. Since 1921, we take pride in supporting members and the communities in which we serve.

PNCU loves our communities. Whether funding support services, enrichment, development activities, educational programs, providing scholarships, volunteering in the community, or sponsoring local events, find out what we are doing in the community.

Here are just a few of the ways we support our local communities:

Community Giving Program

Each and every day, we work to make a meaningful difference for our members and the communities we serve. In recent years, we’ve provided over a half-million dollars, thousands of pounds of food and other supplies to charitable organizations through our corporate giving and in-branch fundraisers. We also offer incentives to our employees for volunteering in our local communities. Currently, we are actively involved in over 50 different non-profit organizations.

Corporate Leadership and Volunteerism

We highly encourage and support our team in their community initiatives by promoting volunteerism and involvement on boards and committees of local organizations.

Financial Workshops

Our educational workshops are designed to provide our communities access to foundations, helping individuals and business be more financially aware and secure.
